Complaint Handling Guidelines in Schools
As the basic principles and arrangements for handling complaints on the daily operation of schools and internal affairs are proposed in the Guidelines for Handling School Complaints by the Education Bureau, with the endorsement of the school board, our school shall handle complaints with reference to the latest announcement made on the Guidelines for Handling School Complaints and the School Administration Manual (Sections 4.4 and 7.9) issued by the EDB.
